Blades
MPE has the ability to design and supply cutting blades for the food industry.
Whether the blade is for heat seal tooling, a flow wrapper, or any other requirements you may have,we can be sure to help.
Usually, we operate a three day turnaround on a new design, two days for existing designs and stock items are dispatched the same day.
Heater mats
Unique amongst heat sealing machinery manufacturers MPE manufacture
heater mats in house. Recognising the fact that the most integral part of the
heat sealing tool "the heater mat" needs to be instantly available when
required we set up a manufacturing process to enable us to deliver next day
when required.
By automating the process from start to finish we offer improved quality,
reliability across the whole spectrum of sizes shapes and power ratings.
As a result heater mats can be manufactured on the day we receive an order
and despatched for next day delivery.
Silicone rubber
Tough enough to withstand the demands of jet engines and safe enough to use for baby bottle teats!
A high performance polymer we use for heat sealing and clamping film within our tools.
We stock several silcone profiles, which we can supply to meet your tooling requirements.
